Where do you ship? 

Currently, we're exclusively shipping within the 50 United States, excluding Puerto Rico. 

What is the estimated delivery time?  

Approximately 4-5 business days for current carriers.

Can I track my order and what should I do if the tracking hasn’t updated?

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking information hasn't been updated within 72 hours, please contact our customer support team  at support@ekkomi.com. We will be happy to provide you with an update on your order status.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@ekkomi.com with your order details and photos of the damaged item(s). We will happily work with you to determine the next steps.

What is your refund policy?

At ekkomi®, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and aim to provide the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase for your first purchase only. 

To initiate a refund please begin HERE. 

Once your request is processed, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a follow-up email confirming your refund within 24 hours. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. 

After 30 days from the date of purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out within the initial 30-day period if you have any concerns.
