Does your matcha contain caffeine? If so, how much?

center me™  matcha Original contains 46 mg* of naturally sourced caffeine from the matcha tea leaves. This is about 1/4 the amount of caffeine compared to an average 8oz cup of black coffee.

Is your matcha vegan and gluten-free?

Yes.

Are there any additives or sweeteners in the matcha?

Our match tea contains no preservatives or sweeteners.  Each variant contains only organic ingredients, including matcha, oat milk powder, inulin, and additional organic flavorings or extracts where specified.

How many servings are there per package?

There are 7 servings of center me™ tea sticks per box.

How should I store the matcha tea stick?

To maintain its quality, store the matcha tea stick at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Avoid hot places.

What is the shelf life of the matcha tea stick?

The shelf life is 6 months.. The matcha may turn slightly yellow over time, but this does not affect its safety or taste. However, we highly recommend consuming it as soon as possible to enjoy the full quality of our high-grade organic matcha.

What ingredients are used in your matcha?

Original Matcha = organic matcha, organic oat milk powder, organic inulin.

Vanilla Matcha = organic matcha, organic oat milk powder, organic inulin, organic vanilla extract, organic vanilla flavoring.

Lemon  Ginger Mint Matcha = organic matcha, organic oat milk powder, organic inulin, organic ginger root powder, organic lemon juice powder (organic lemon juice, organic maize maltodextrin), spearmint flakes (acacia gum, spearmint oil).

What is the best time to consume matcha?

Should I use the matcha tea stick immediately after opening the package?

Yes, we recommend consuming the matcha tea stick right after opening it. Matcha is sensitive to light, which can affect its color and taste. For the best experience, enjoy it immediately after opening.

Is center me™ tea safe to consume matcha while pregnant or breastfeeding?

While our product is considered safe for most, we advise consulting a healthcare professional to address any concerns about the safety of consuming matcha tea.

How do I access the ekkomi® meditation app?

You can prepare for your matcha tea and meditation experience by downloading the ekkomi® app directly from the App Store after purchase. You are also welcome to wait for your tea to arrive and scan the QR code directly on the packaging. 

After purchasing your center me™ tea sticks, expect an email with instructions for downloading and accessing the ekkomi® app.

Can I use the ekkomi® meditation app on multiple devices?

The ekkomi® app is currently available exclusively on iOS, with plans for future expansion to Android. 

What does the ekkomi® meditation app offer?

The ekkomi® app provides personalized guided meditations to complement your matcha ritual. Additionally, it offers a mood tracker and habit-building tools to seamlessly integrate this wellness practice into your daily routine.

How long do I have access to the ekkomi® meditation app?

You will have complete access to all content within the ekkomi® app for as long as you have the app installed on your device. Enjoy unlimited access to all features and updates as long as the app remains installed!

Is the ekkomi® meditation app available internationally?

While you can access the ekkomi® app internationally, please note that we're currently unable to ship center me™ tea sticks internationally.

Can I gift the ekkomi® meditation app to someone else?

The ekkomi® app can be downloaded for free.  Feel free to share the link with anyone else that you think might be interested in using it.

How long are the guided meditations?

Our guided meditations typically run for about 10 minutes. However, we offer a range of options with both shorter and longer durations to suit your needs.

What are the benefits of mindfulness? 

Mindfulness offers a multitude of benefits for both the mind and body, from reducing stress to sharpening focus, improving emotional regulation, and more.

How often will the ekkomi® meditation app be updated with new content?

How do I prepare the matcha tea?

TIP: For the best taste use 1/2 cup (4oz) of boiling water.

Launch the ekkomi® app and select a personalized meditation session

Prepare 1/2 cup (4 oz.) of boiling water and pour it into your favorite cup

Unwrap a center me™ tea stick from its paper pouch

On the app, follow the prompts to stir the tea stick into your hot water until it's fully dissolved

Can I prepare center me™ matcha cold?

center me™ tea  can also be prepared cold, just use ½ cup (4oz) of cold water.

What is the preparation time for the center me™ tea?

Our pre-measured servings dissolve seamlessly in hot water, making it easy to enjoy matcha in just minutes.

How long will the center me™ tea and meditation experience take altogether?

The tea and meditation experiences vary in length from 5 to 10 minutes, but we provide both shorter and longer options as well. Whether you need a quick break or a longer relaxation session, we've got you covered!

Can I customize my box or purchase multiple flavors?

Each flavor comes in a pack of 7. We encourage you to try all three and discover your favorite.

Where do you ship? 

Currently, we're exclusively shipping within the 50 United States, excluding Puerto Rico. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

Approximately 4-5 business days for current carriers.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Can I track my order and what should I do if the tracking hasn’t updated?

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking information hasn't been updated within 72 hours, please contact our customer support team  at support@ekkomi.com. We will be happy to provide you with an update on your order status.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with fellow neighbors to see if it was left in a secure location. If you still cannot locate the package, contact our customer support team immediately at support@ekkomi.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@ekkomi.com with your order details and photos of the damaged item(s). We will happily work with you to determine the next steps.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to make any changes to your order within the first 48 hours please email us at support@ekkomi.com

What is your refund policy?

At ekkomi®, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and aim to provide the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase for your first purchase only. 

To initiate a refund please begin HERE. 

Once your request is processed, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a follow-up email confirming your refund within 24 hours. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. 

After 30 days from the date of purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out within the initial 30-day period if you have any concerns.

What is your return policy?

To save you the inconvenience and cost of return shipping, we do not require you to return the product. Instead, we encourage you to keep your tea and consider gifting it to a friend. This helps us to spread the word about ekkomi® and share the matcha love with others!
